Life’s Purpose:

My answer to the question of finding one’s life purpose is very simple. To be completely yourself and trust the flow of your life. The counseling I have done in my Toronto office has brought me to the understanding that to be fully ourselves is to open our hearts and connect with our souls. There is a natural energetic gap between the body and the soul that is transcended by the heart. The unlocking of the heart and expansion of this “feeling consciousness” can communicate with the soul and draw this energy into physical manifestation. The amount of energy that feeds the body from the soul is directly proportional to our health and accepting “all of ourselves.” Our experience of this union is joy, passion, and curiosity.

Here are my Spiritual experience and counseling techniques I follow for Spiritual seekers – Spiritual Intuitive Counselling is intuitive spiritual coaching that will help you reconnect with your passion and take your life in a whole new direction. In some cases, I prefer to combine this modality with Heart Clearing or BodyTalk to release emotions from your past, or current emotional hurts that are actively affecting your life. As we connect, I also “read” your Akashic record which is a wealth of information specific to your life.

Heart clearing is a technique I have developed over the years. This heart-based counseling requires us to connect within the deepest parts of our hearts in order to shift out old feelings and release whatever doesn’t belong. You aren’t your experiences, but sometimes old things have a way of sticking in your day-to-day thoughts. The head cannot heal the heart. Only the heart can heal itself when given the opportunity. I use my empathic abilities to help you connect and change your feelings about the past. Some of the reasons people work with me:

*Dealing with negative people (energy vampires)
*Issues around empowerment / disempowerment
*Forgiveness of yourself or others
*Separating your identity from you experiences
*Anxiety Relief

Healthy Life Rules – 10 Rules For Life From a Medical Intuitive

1. Have a personal relationship with an idea of divinity either intrinsic or extrinsic

Having a personal relationship with an idea of divinity can be a transformative experience that enriches one’s life in profound ways. Whether one perceives this divinity as intrinsic, existing within oneself as a higher consciousness or inner light, or extrinsic, manifesting as an external deity or cosmic force, the relationship often serves as a moral compass and a source of emotional strength. It can guide one through life’s challenges, offering a sense of purpose and a framework for understanding the world. This relationship can be cultivated through prayer, meditation, or even simple moments of reflection, and it often evolves over time, adapting to one’s changing beliefs and life circumstances. Regardless of its form, a personal relationship with divinity can provide a deep well of comfort, wisdom, and inspiration.

2. Forgive every experience of the past so it doesn’t ruin you present or future.

Forgiving past experiences is not just an act of kindness toward others, but a gift to yourself. Holding onto grudges or regrets can become a heavy burden, clouding your judgment and affecting your emotional well-being. By choosing to forgive, you unshackle yourself from the weight of past mistakes and grievances, allowing you to fully engage with the present and plan for the future. This doesn’t mean forgetting or excusing the actions that caused pain, but rather releasing their hold on your life. In doing so, you open up space for new experiences, relationships, and opportunities, enriching your present and paving the way for a more fulfilling future.

3. Exercise every day with some cardio or strength training or both.

Incorporating daily exercise into your routine, whether it’s cardio, strength training, or a combination of both, can have a transformative impact on your physical and mental well-being. Cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, or cycling are excellent for improving heart health and boosting your mood through the release of endorphins. Strength training, on the other hand, helps build muscle mass, improves bone density, and enhances metabolic rate. By engaging in a balanced regimen, you not only work towards a fitter, healthier body but also equip yourself with increased energy and resilience to tackle life’s challenges. Even just 30 minutes a day can make a significant difference, contributing to a lifestyle that is both active and fulfilling.

4. Live with a deep connection within your own heart. It is your true North Star to help you navigate your life.

Living with a deep connection to your own heart serves as your true North Star, guiding you through the complexities and challenges of life. This inner compass is more than just emotional intuition; it’s a profound sense of self-awareness and authenticity that helps you make decisions aligned with your core values and aspirations. By regularly tuning into your heart through mindfulness, reflection, or even quiet moments of solitude, you can tap into this intrinsic guidance system. It helps you navigate relationships, career choices, and personal challenges with a sense of purpose and integrity. In a world filled with external noise and distractions, your heart’s voice provides the clarity and direction needed to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

5. Eat foods that contain sunlight.

Eating foods that contain sunlight—such as fruits, vegetables, and grains that have been naturally grown and ripened under the sun—can be a powerful way to nourish both body and spirit. These foods are often rich in essential nutrients, antioxidants, and life-giving energy. They are the products of a natural cycle that begins with solar energy fueling plant growth, a process that imbues these foods with a form of vitality that many believe can’t be replicated in artificially grown or processed alternatives. Consuming them not only supports physical health but also connects us to the natural world and its rhythms. In a way, eating foods filled with sunlight is like ingesting a piece of the Earth’s own sustenance, aligning ourselves with the planet and tapping into its ancient, renewable sources of energy.

6. Drink water

Drinking water is one of the simplest yet most impactful actions you can take for your health. Water is essential for nearly every bodily function, from regulating temperature and aiding digestion to flushing out toxins and promoting cellular function. Staying adequately hydrated can improve your mood, cognitive function, and physical performance. It can also help control weight by promoting a feeling of fullness and boosting metabolism. In a world filled with sugary drinks and artificial beverages, the natural purity of water stands as a cornerstone of wellness. Making a habit of drinking enough water each day is a foundational step in building a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

7. Be as honest you can be with others. Your job is to reflect what others need to see in themselves

Being as honest as you can be with others is not just a virtue but also a form of service, especially when your honesty serves as a mirror reflecting what others need to see in themselves. This doesn’t mean being brutally frank or insensitive, but rather offering constructive feedback and genuine insights that can help people grow and improve. Your honesty can be a catalyst for change, encouraging others to confront their own truths and make necessary adjustments. In this way, you become a facilitator of self-awareness, helping people to better understand their strengths and weaknesses. However, it’s crucial to approach this role with empathy and tact, understanding that the ultimate choice to change lies with the individual.

8. For every big decision, check in with the three cowboys – the heart, the head, and the gut

For every big decision in life, it’s wise to consult the “three cowboys” within you: the heart, the head, and the gut. Your heart represents your emotional desires and values, telling you what will make you happy or fulfilled. Your head, the rational thinker, weighs the pros and cons, assessing the logical implications of each choice. Finally, your gut instinct taps into your intuitive, subconscious wisdom, offering insights that may not be immediately obvious. By checking in with all three, you ensure a well-rounded perspective, balancing emotion, logic, and intuition. This holistic approach can help you make decisions that are not only practical but also deeply satisfying, aligning with your overall well-being and life goals.

9. Dump every and all emotional armor. It will always draw negative experiences to you.

Carrying emotional armor may offer a false sense of security, but it often acts as a magnet for negative experiences. This defensive shield may protect you from immediate emotional pain, but it also blocks genuine connections, love, and even opportunities for growth. By putting up walls, you inadvertently attract situations and relationships that confirm your need for protection, creating a self-fulfilling prophecy of negativity. Dumping all emotional armor requires courage and vulnerability, but doing so opens the door for more authentic experiences and connections. It allows you to engage with life fully, embracing both its joys and challenges with an open heart.

10. Know that you will only be this person once, but your soul is eternal, so make it count.

The notion that you will only be this person once, but your soul is eternal, adds a profound layer of significance to the choices you make in life. This perspective encourages you to live authentically and make each moment count, knowing that while your current identity is temporary, the essence of who you are continues on. It’s a call to pursue what truly matters, to love deeply, and to engage with life’s challenges as opportunities for soulful growth. By living in a way that honors both your temporal self and your eternal soul, you create a legacy of wisdom and love that transcends the limitations of a single lifetime.

ADHD Counselling

Recently, I’ve had the rewarding experience of assisting young athletes with ADHD. ADHD remains one of the most misunderstood conditions, posing unique challenges for many youths. While it often equips individuals with bursts of concentrated energy – a potential advantage in performance-driven areas like sports or acrobatics – it’s seldom the strength that brings them to my doorstep. The primary areas of concern tend to be their personal relationships, self-identity, and home life.

It’s important to highlight that some individuals with ADHD exhibit a higher susceptibility to substance dependencies, such as alcohol, marijuana, and cigarettes. Interestingly, this trend appears slightly less prevalent among ADHD athletes compared to the general populace. When discussing addiction, it’s essential to realize that many with ADHD are exceptionally sensitive to external feedback, which often stems from an internalized negative self-image due to their unique cognitive wiring. Feeling perpetually off-kilter, they may seek solace in substances to mute their inner critic. Unfortunately, this often exacerbates issues in relationships, disrupts school and work responsibilities, and deteriorates their home environment.

Strategy

One strategy I’ve found effective is guiding them through pineal gland activation and encouraging the conscious engagement of the brain’s left temporal lobe. This facilitates a calm, methodical mindset dominated by structured thinking. Regularly accessing this state can greatly aid in task completion and provide a sense of capability when comparing themselves to peers. The pineal gland plays a crucial role here; it’s believed to decode emotional and intuitive messages relayed by the soul. Strengthening this connection can lead to profound self-acceptance and clarity about life’s purpose, offering a resilient buffer against daily ADHD-related hurdles.

Another essential technique I employ is Heart Clearing. Given the emotional baggage many with ADHD carry, releasing these entrenched negative memories can be transformative. Heart clearing is essentially an opportunity to let go of lingering pain and unresolved issues. This process has proven life-altering for many and is particularly pivotal for those with ADHD, paving the way for genuine self-empowerment.

Mystical Power of the Heart

Mystical Power of the Heart

Mystical power of the Heart. As a resident of Toronto, I’ve come to understand a common source of chronic discomfort and stress in our lives—an overwhelming fixation with living exclusively within the confines of our minds and thoughts. While the marvels of the mind certainly shouldn’t be undervalued, we must also recognize the impressive restorative capabilities that our hearts possess. It’s not just our self-perceptions and thoughts about our bodies that influence our health and welfare, but rather an amalgamation of our beliefs, definitions, emotions, and visualizations. The feelings we visualize act as the language of our cells. Consequently, feelings of power, health, and love can significantly enhance our health. Conversely, feelings of neglect, abandonment, or worthlessness can have the opposite effect. Therefore, the journey to healing often requires addressing emotional issues at the core of our discomfort.

The Restorative Potential of the Heart

Buried deep within our hearts are countless negative emotions and experiences, lodged in specific areas within this extraordinary organ. I discovered this truth several years ago during a medical intuitive reading for a client. I have since developed a transformative technique known as “Heart Clearing,” which blends the principles of neuroplasticity with the practice of energy healing. Throughout a Heart Clearing session, I assist individuals in exploring their hearts, enabling them to let go of old emotions, individuals, and experiences that no longer contribute to their wellbeing. Once the heart is thoroughly cleared, a deep connection can be established with chronic pain and illnesses, revealing the missing elements of the healing puzzle. Chronic pain and many diseases often materialize as unprocessed emotions of low self-esteem, guilt, shame, anger, abandonment, or a broad disconnection from the body.

Furthermore, the physical location of pain within the heart corresponds to our overall physical health, especially in relation to trauma. Many find it enlightening to uncover the degree to which they internalize pain from their interactions with others. For example, those who retain feelings of abandonment from a parent may unwittingly abandon themselves in various aspects. This pattern also applies to other emotions resulting from past interactions.

Our physical health is unquestionably linked to the love and happiness harbored in our hearts. However, negative emotions from past experiences often deprive us of this essential energy. By venturing into our hearts and actively eliminating pain, we can recover the capacity to lead a joyful life. The heart is meant to be open and full, much like a child’s, but tempered with the wisdom acquired throughout life. Embracing our happiness, curiosity, and passions draws us towards self-realization. The ultimate aim in life should be to accept our complete selves, deny nothing, and unleash our full potential.

Reiki Healing vs. Chakra Balancing: Exploring the World of Energy Healing

In the realm of holistic wellness and alternative therapies, Reiki Healing vs Chakra balancing stand out as powerful modalities that harness the body’s natural energy for healing and restoration. These practices tap into the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, offering transformative experiences and promoting overall well-being. Let’s delve into the similarities and differences between Reiki healing and Chakra balancing, two prominent energy healing approaches.

Reiki Healing: A Universal Life Force Energy

Reiki, a Japanese healing art, focuses on channeling universal life force energy to stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities. The word “Reiki” itself translates to “universal life energy,” and this practice is based on the belief that an unseen life force energy flows through all living beings. Reiki practitioners serve as conduits, allowing this energy to flow through their hands and into the recipient’s body, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and balance.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner gently places their hands on or slightly above the recipient’s body, targeting specific areas or working with the entire energy field. The energy flows where it is most needed, addressing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances. Reiki aims to restore harmony by clearing energetic blockages, revitalizing the body’s energy centers, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.

chakra healing and balancing

Chakra Balancing: Harmonizing the Energy Centers

Chakra balancing is a practice deeply rooted in ancient Eastern traditions, particularly within the Indian system of Ayurveda and yoga. According to these philosophies, the body contains seven major energy centers, known as Chakras, which are spinning wheels of energy that correspond to different aspects of our being. Each chakra is associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual attributes.

The goal of chakra balancing is to bring these energy centers into alignment and ensure a harmonious flow of energy throughout the body. A chakra balancing session may involve various techniques, such as energy work, visualization, meditation, sound therapy, crystals, and essential oils. By identifying imbalances within the chakras, practitioners help release blockages and restore the optimal flow of energy, promoting overall well-being and a sense of balance.

Similarities and Differences: Reiki Healing vs. Chakra Balancing

While both Reiki healing and Chakra balancing share the fundamental principle of working with energy, they differ in their specific approaches and focus.

  1. Energy Work: Both modalities involve working with the body’s energy field, aiming to restore balance and promote healing. Practitioners utilize their hands, intention, and various techniques to direct and channel energy.
  2. Energetic Blockages: Both Reiki healing and Chakra balancing address energetic blockages that hinder the natural flow of energy. They seek to clear these blockages and create a harmonious energy flow.
  3. Focus: Reiki healing encompasses the entire body, working holistically to balance energy and promote healing at all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Chakra balancing, on the other hand, concentrates specifically on the seven major energy centers, aiming to align and optimize their functioning.
  4. Techniques: Reiki healing involves the gentle laying on of hands or working in the recipient’s energy field, while chakra balancing incorporates various techniques such as meditation, visualization, sound therapy, and the use of specific crystals or essential oils.
  5. Practitioner Training: Reiki healing follows a structured training system with defined levels or degrees, enabling practitioners to channel Reiki energy effectively. Chakra balancing, although often incorporated into various healing modalities, does not necessarily require specific certification or levels of training.

Choosing the Right Modality for You

Both Reiki healing and Chakra balancing offer profound benefits and can be complementary practices. The choice between the two depends on personal preferences, specific needs, and the desired focus of the healing experience. Some individuals may find value in receiving both modalities, as they each offer unique approaches to energy healing and can address different aspects of well-being.

Ultimately, the path to healing is a deeply personal journey, and exploring various modalities allows individuals to discover what resonates with their unique needs and preferences. Whether you choose Reiki healing, chakra balancing, or a combination of both, you are embarking on a transformative path that embraces the inherent connection between energy and healing. Open yourself to the possibilities, embrace the healing energy, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being.

Resonance, Frequency, and Health

purple universe

Resonance, Frequency, and Health

Resonance, frequency and health.  When we want to improve our resonance or health, we often start by eating higher frequency foods such as raw or organic produce.  Exercise is another useful way to improve our lean muscle conditioning, and raising our metabolism.  Yet we know people to eat average food, exercise very rarely and still maintain a very healthy body.

The idea I will explore is frequency.  Metabolism can certainly be improved through diet and exercise, but it also has it’s limitations.  Our self concept, or self talk, is JUST as important as doing physical effort in order to get the desired response. For years, I would meet people in the gym who would have such a terrible sense of worth.  They would love themselves or find value in themselves ONLY when the scale hit an acceptable number, or a specific dress size.  This negative emotional feeling would in one way be a motivating factor, but on the other side it would also be a disaster.  When we try to achieve something positive while maintaining a negative belief system, the result is usually negative.  When we don’t fully accept ourselves we are dropping our frequency to incredible lows.  Our body translates that negativity as an instruction to drop our metabolism thereby counteracting the effects of the diet and exercise.  If we are to make any lasting positive changes, it has to come from fully loving and accepting ourselves first.  If you have ever seen Arnold Schwarzenegger’s movie Pumping Iron, he used his positive belief in himself to empower his development.

Raise Your Frequency

The outer world reflects our inner reality.  Love and accept every part of yourself.  Then and only then can you make positive changes.

Resonance and Frequency

Outside of diet, exercise, and positive belief, we can improve our resonance in many ways.  One way is to release old feelings that do not resonate as being true today.  This is part of the process of my therapy called Spiritual Counselling.  I help people examine ideas and experiences that don’t contain any positive meaning.  In some cases I can help people find positive meaning in negative experiences.  Read my blog Beauty Of The Broken Heart to see an example of this.  The other suggestion I have is Reiki.  As a Reiki practitioner, I can bring the body directly into a state of flow and balance.  Certain stresses can be addressed through talk while others are best released in a more direct way.  I have found both to be useful in reducing stress.

To raise our frequency is to become more disciplined with our thoughts or feelings.  We might run for hours and accomplish something fantastic, but then wallow in the idea of worthlessness due to self talk we have subconsciously learned from others.  Within the core of our being is the spark of the divine.  That spark is our connection to the source.  To focus on that power and enhance our relationship with the divine through love and gratitude is to raise our frequency dramatically.  One of my favorite ways to connect to that divine connection is to get in-touch with our inner child.  The Inner Child is full of wonder and excitement.  It is as if the child in us shines with a divine light.

So in conclusion, let go of old ideas you carry about yourself.  Challenge your old belief systems that sabotage your happiness.  And, if you can find your Inner Child, shine your Light.  This is how you increase your resonance.

Heart Clearing

Heart Clearing

Heart Clearing is a profound technique that I stumbled upon during my journey as an empathic spiritual counselor. This method, which has its roots in BodyTalk and medical intuitive readings, has gradually evolved and matured into a standalone therapy, boasting its unique healing properties. Owing to its origins and the fusion of different healing techniques, I regard it as an “Integrated Session.”

The Heart

At its core, Heart Clearing is an intimate conversation with the heart. It provides a platform for the heart to voice its concerns, emotions, and experiences from the past and present. Just as a computer’s hard drive records and stores data, the heart, too, registers every life event. By directly accessing the heart, bypassing the cognitive filters of the mind, individuals can establish a direct link with their deepest self, their soul.

When the heart is given the opportunity to express and release all that it has been carrying, individuals can unlock the door to their spiritual center. This spiritual center, often obscured by layers of emotions, experiences, and self-definitions, remains a challenge for most people to connect with on their own. It necessitates the guidance of a second person, a facilitator, who can patiently help navigate through these layers, like a ship through a dense fog.

mystical heart Grey Japanese Zen stone in shape of heart on sand

Once the heart is entirely clear, the mind, too, echoes this state of tranquility. A common tendency observed among Canadians is an attempt to use their minds as the primary tool to manage their emotions and feelings. However, this is an uphill battle. The mind, with its strategic and analytical nature, finds it challenging to remain present with emotions. It is the heart, with its constant rhythm, that has the capacity to be fully in the present moment. This perpetual pulse of the heart, both physically and functionally, anchors it in every passing moment. This unique attribute of the heart is why it serves as the nexus of true healing.

Heart Wisdom

The heart, in its wisdom, can lead us to places within ourselves that the mind often fails to reach. It can guide us to confront and heal the deepest wounds, to embrace the full spectrum of our emotions, and to connect with our true essence. It is like a wise elder, patiently waiting for us to sit by its side, ready to share its stories and wisdom, ready to guide us home to ourselves.

Heart Clearing is a journey of coming home, of reconnecting with our true selves, and of healing from within. If this piques your interest, if you feel the call of your heart to embark on this transformative journey, I invite you to connect with me, for an integrated session. Alternatively, you may visit the ‘Sessions’ page for more information on purchasing a session. I look forward to guiding you on this incredible journey of heart-led healing and self-discovery.

Destiny is a Funny Thing

Destiny is a Funny Thing

Destiny is a Funny Thing. For those who have taken a moment to read my biography on this website (https://orionmott.com/meet-me), you’ll note that my childhood was far from ordinary. Various mentors, healers, spiritual guides, and shamans predicted that my life would be marked by a destiny as a prominent healer. Destiny, however, has a peculiar nature. While the concept of predestination can be intriguing, it often carries an undertone of restriction. Despite the prophecies, I held my belief in personal freedom steadfast, finding the idea of predestination somewhat stifling.

As I ventured into my twenties, I endeavored to fit in with societal norms – a decision I’d later regard as a mistake. During this period, I pursued studies in Kinesiology, Psychology, and Philosophy at university, followed sports, and worked as a personal trainer at a reputable fitness center in Toronto. In retrospect, it was a pursuit of a so-called “normal” life, aimed at satisfying my ego. For the majority of my early years, my ego reigned supreme, asserting its dominance. There was a sense of control over my life, a sense that was fleeting and illusory. The precipice of change was approaching, and I remained oblivious until it was too late.

Upon entering my thirties, a wave of irritability and dissatisfaction swept over me. Everything I once desired was now under scrutiny. I began to perceive myself as a target, with the feeling the attacks through the actions and behaviors of others. These negative experiences, which I unwittingly attracted, were a consequence of my resistance to embrace my extraordinary potential. Instead, I exerted tremendous energy to blend in with the ordinary. Looking back, the hardships I encountered served as alarm bells, warning me that I had strayed from my authentic self.

Disillusionment

Gradually, the realization dawned on me that I was failing to lead the life I was intended to live. Despite having attained numerous goals, I couldn’t shake off the feeling that my life held more than what I was currently experiencing. I delved into BodyTalk and other healing methods to expand my horizons, although I viewed them as mere curiosities at the time. My exploration of the energy world resulted in a dichotomy within my circle of acquaintances. I experienced encouragement and support from some, while others, fearful of the unknown, expressed disapproval. I began to tread a dual path, selectively sharing my spiritual experiences while keeping others in the dark about these metaphysical concepts.

On the dawn of my fortieth birthday, I made a pivotal decision to live a heart-led life, trusting in the unfolding process and embracing my true self. It wasn’t long before I successfully bridged the gap between the person I was destined to be and the one I had been willing to accept. For years, I had been silently healing individuals, but it was at this juncture that I emerged from the spiritual shadows.

My life erupted in a multitude of directions. I evolved into a medical intuitive, a reiki master, a BodyTalk practitioner, a Bio-mechanical specialist, and a brain healer specializing in concussions, ADHD, and personality disorders. Soon after, I directed my skills towards heart clearing and emotional/spiritual counseling.

The trajectory of my life has been a fascinating journey – I began as a healer, distanced myself from it, only to rediscover it later in life. Indeed, destiny has a unique way of unfolding itself.”

Emotional Pain in the Joints

trance channel and medical intuitive reading

Emotional Pain in the Joints

Emotional pain in the joints. It is often the case that a new client will walk into my office, seeking a Reiki session to help them find some solace from the relentless strain that anxiety imposes on their body, mind, and spirit. They come with a hope to find a way to relax and alleviate the distress they are feeling. As part of the comprehensive intake process that I follow, I delve into a series of questions designed to pinpoint and understand their emotional imbalance. This investigative approach enables me to focus on the core issue that the client might be dealing with. It is noteworthy that emotional pain can, and often does, correspond to a specific part of the body.

To illustrate this correlation, consider these examples: fear tends to manifest in the knees, decision-making struggles are often felt in the ankles, pressures stemming from ego can appear in the elbows, and the spine often symbolizes our need for support. Furthermore, the neck is generally associated with one’s willpower, while the shoulders bear the weight of our burdens.

Imagine a scenario where an individual comes to me with a persistent back issue. Through the course of our conversation, it is revealed that they are in a relationship in which they feel a distinct lack of support – this could be emotional, financial, material, or any other form of support. Despite numerous chiropractic treatments, massages, or sessions of physical therapy, the pain seems to persist and always comes back. As we delve into this discussion, I strive to understand the many layers associated with the pain they are trying to alleviate. This deep level of understanding is crucial because the treatment has to be tailor-made to suit the cause. A physical pain arising from a physical cause will heal through physical means, whereas emotional pain in joints necessitates an emotional approach to healing. As we delve deeper into the conversation, the path to treatment begins to unravel.

Interpreting Emotional Discomfort Manifested in the Body’s Joints: An In-Depth Discussion about Pain and Its Roots

In our early years, as children, we are naturally equipped with a mechanism to recover from all kinds of pain – we cry. This natural, instinctive response isn’t always required or appropriate in adulthood. Don’t misunderstand me, crying is a powerful release when certain issues or memories come rushing back into focus. I employ techniques that are best suited to each individual case – this could range from the Active Memory Technique from BodyTalk, yogic breathing techniques, to Ho’oponopono from Hawaiian Kahuna practice. The specific therapy used is not as important as the fact that the mind and the heart have made some effort towards healing. I often refer to this as a “permission slip”, borrowing the term from one of my esteemed gurus. Emotional individuals might express themselves through tears, intellectuals often need to engage in discussion and reason, and kinesthetic individuals might require a reassuring hug. We are all unique blends of these personality types.

Unprocessed emotions, those that we fail to address and resolve, can create a certain heaviness and density that is stored in specific areas of our bodies. It’s not surprising that many chronic diseases have been linked to this phenomenon. Various healing modalities, such as Heart Clearing and Trance Channeling, can help alleviate this emotional density from the body. The emotional heart has an extraordinary capacity to heal and forgive almost anything, provided we trust it to serve as a release mechanism. Regardless of the experiences we’ve endured, the heart’s rhythm continues, underscoring its strength and resilience.”
