Morning Training Online

Online personal training and corrective exercise therapy

Mornings are For Training

I start my mornings before the sun fully commits to the day.

By 7:00 a.m., I’m already in motion—not just physically, but mentally tuned in. The kettle is on, the space is quiet, and my first client is usually somewhere across North America, logging in with a mix of curiosity, hope, and often, a bit of frustration. Pain in the body. Noise in the mind. A sense that something is off, but no clear way back.

This is where my work begins.

The Body Doesn’t Lie

I’ve spent years studying movement—everything from martial arts to corrective exercise, from Chi Kung to weight training, from natural movement patterns to something as subtle (and surprisingly powerful) as facial stretching. What I’ve learned is simple: the body always tells the truth.

Most people come to me thinking they need to “fix” a shoulder, a back, or their posture. And yes, we work on all of that. But what we’re really doing is uncovering patterns—physical habits that mirror deeper mental and emotional ones.

Tight hips can be about more than sitting too much. A locked jaw often says more than words ever could.

Corrective exercise, when done properly, isn’t just about alignment. It’s about awareness.

Coaching the Mind While Training the Body

From 7:00 a.m. to noon, my schedule is full. Clients from Toronto, Los Angeles, Miami, Israel—people carving out time before their day takes over. These aren’t passive sessions. We’re not going through the motions.

We’re rewiring how they move through their lives.

One moment we’re working on a controlled squat pattern, dialing in breath and stability. The next, we’re talking about how to release emotional stress. Because the same tension that shows up under a barbell shows up in conversations, in decisions, in relationships.

You can’t separate the two.

This is where life coaching naturally integrates into the work. Not as a separate “add-on,” but as part of the same system. The body is the entry point. The mind follows.

The Intuitive Layer Most People Don’t Expect

There’s another piece to what I do that’s harder to define, but impossible to ignore.

I pick up on things.

Call it intuition, call it awareness, call it years of paying close attention—it doesn’t really matter what label you use. What matters is that it allows me to see patterns quickly. Sometimes before the client even fully understands them themselves.

I might notice a hesitation in movement, a subtle imbalance, a disconnect. And I’ll ask a question that seems unrelated—but it lands. Because it is related.

Everything is connected.

The way you hold your body.
The way you breathe.
The way you think.
The way you show up.

When those things are out of sync, life feels harder than it should.

Training Presence, Not Just Strength

Yes, we build strength. Real, usable strength.

But more importantly, we build presence.

Through martial arts principles, through Chi Kung flow, through controlled resistance training and natural movement, clients begin to feel themselves again. Not in a vague, abstract way—but in a grounded, physical sense.

They notice their posture without thinking about it.
They respond instead of react.
They breathe differently.

And once that shift happens, everything else starts to follow.

Why My Mornings Fill Up So Quickly

People aren’t just looking for another workout.

They’re looking for clarity.

They want to feel strong in their bodies, yes—but also steady in their minds. They want to get out of their own way. They want to be present in their lives, not just moving through them on autopilot.

That’s why my mornings, from 7:00 a.m. to noon, tend to book quickly. Because once someone experiences this kind of work, they understand it’s not just about fitness.

It’s about alignment—physically, mentally, and energetically.

This Work Is Personal

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs.

Every session is tailored. Every movement has a purpose. Every conversation matters.

Some days we go deeper into physical correction—stability, mobility, strength. Other days, the work is quieter, more internal. But it’s always connected.

Always intentional.

Always moving toward the same goal: helping you become more aware, more capable, and more present in your own life.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body, scattered in your mind, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite break, there’s a reason.

And there’s a way through it.

I see it every morning.

I have session openings Tuesdays and Thursday mornings only.  Contact me to start.  I will help you put together a home gym of office gym.  If you want to bring me to your current gym, just put a phone on a tripod and use noise cancelling earphones.  On sunny days we can workout in your backyard.
