Energy Healing

I wanted to write about the Energy Healing that I have been doing at my office in Toronto.

Energy healing is a very unique profession because the tools I use are mainly non-physical.  To do any of my energy therapies requires It’s a matter of centering myself and placing myself in a state that feels like a cohesion of many different aspects.  Each type of energy therapy is a bit different.  All require an active pineal gland, but the other elements are unique.  For remote viewing which is the technique I use for medical intuitive readings,  I activate the pineal gland and focus my consciousness and mind on a particular locality or target.  I move this consciousness “ball” of awareness around the target until I get a “hit” which is a specific region of interest in a person’s body.  From this I focus in minute ways like a focusing of a lens on a camera.  Once I’ve found the issue, I connect through a trance channeling state to a higher wisdom and ask for information on a target.

Channeling allows me to learn details about the issue I’m gathering information on.  There are of course genetic reasons for diseases, but often there are emotions and feelings from events that relate to a disease.  Healing is lock and key kind of thing.  If a disease has an emotional cause or trigger, the required technique will incorporate emotional healing as a part of the treatment.  The same is true of a physical issue.  I had a hockey player come to me to energy healing on his knees and lower back.  During a medical intuitive reading it became obvious that the pain was due repetitive physical movements without stretching or cross training joints.  A simple in-depth stretching session and a sequential releasing of the joints relieved all of the pain.  In this case, a physical cause was also a physical solution.  This is often overlooked as people seek energy healers to release physical pain.  The exception to this is the Energy Neuroplasticity that I use to heal brains.  This energy healing technique directly interacts with the cortices of the brain and directly repairs the area of interest.

Heart Clearing is one of my primary techniques to heal emotional issues.  For this I employ my pineal and my heart together.  The resonance of these two organs working together helps people open the door to their emotional process.

Kundalini Vs Reiki Vs Innate

I have been asked many times during my seminars the difference between Reiki energy and Kundalini energy.  Let us start with understanding that there are many different energies that exist both within and around our body.  There is the corporeal physical body, the mental body, the emotional body, the psychic body, the innate (electromagnetic), and the Kundalini (electromagnetic), and the shamanic or dream body.  From my experience, Reiki energy therapy connects with the psychic body, the physical body, and the mental body.  This is not to say that Kundalini energy is completely excluded from reiki, but generally, it flows from within the physical body instead reiki which is derived and channeled from an outside source.  The electromagnetic field of the innate is also an internally derived system.

Reiki is channeled from the idea of a source field that a practitioner opens themselves up to.  This field is a high frequency, and has a profound elevating effect on the both the practitioner and the client.  For issues such as fear and anxiety, or emotional issues trapped in the body, reiki can have a profound impact.

Kundalini is usually linked to tantric sex practices which deal with the raising of sexual energies up the spine to stimulate the pineal gland for awareness, and then fall to the heart to stimulate the sense of oneness with a partner.  Kundalini starts off in the prostate for men, and the G-spot for women.  This is what I call the Lower Pineal gland.  This lower pineal gland creates the energy of electrical excitement that in the lay person experiences a desire for sexual release.  If this release is denied, the raising up of this energy the spine ignites each vertebrae to ring like keys on a piano.  The harmony of the ringing spine combined with the raising of energy up the spine raises to the brainstem which directly connects with the pineal gland.  The spine becomes a bit of an antennae for energy and can pull in energy as well and push energy.

As the pineal becomes electrified, heightened perceptual awareness increases tenfold. As the pineal becomes activate in the presence of a partner (with an activated pineal), the energetic awareness falls down to the heart and is experienced as love.

The innate energy is a field that sits between 6 to 12 inches from our body.  It is a field that is the sum total of energy from the cells of DNA.  It can only be accessed through the heart, the pineal, or the lower pineal gland.  The innate is a closed system that although it responds to our words and feelings, it has its own agenda in our life.  Our innate is also related to the aging process, so in youthing practices, it must be accessed to shift the health of our DNA.

All of these subjects are covered in my Energy Activation Seminars.

Redefining Healthy

I have been a part of the Canadian healthy lifestyle all of my life.  As a young person, my family served meals that were rich in vegetables and nutrients.  I would say that we were predominately vegetarian, but we did incorporate chicken and fish at times.  When I went to University, I became a fan of beer or a glass of wine with dinner.  I would never say that I was a heavy drinker, but a glass or two of wine per week was not uncommon.  The caffeine and coffee question was a different matter.  During my heyday as a personal trainer at Mayfair West Clubs, I would be drinking multiple espressos throughout the day and weekends.  Coffee culture in Toronto is an acceptable borderline addiction.  When people ask each other out, mainly the question is “Do you want to go for coffee?”

Last year, I remember when I went cold turkey from coffee.  It felt like I was detoxing from a narcotic due to the mind constantly obsessing over the idea of just having a small sip.  My mind and personality flat lined for about a week from the withdrawal, but I knew that I had to break the cycle.  I missed the bitter in the morning, so I started drinking a product called CafLib which is a chicory and barley based coffee alternative.  After a few weeks, my energy returned back to normal.  Eventually I conceded to myself that I will drink one glass of decaffeinated coffee a day.  I enjoy the taste of coffee, but the exhaustion and gut rot are experiences I no longer have to endure.  I still start my day with CafLib though which for me is a happy balance.

I was noticing back in April that I had put on a tremendous amount of swelling in my face and mid section despite the three to four workouts in the gym each week.  I’ve know for years that I have had a sensitive liver, so I decided to make the biggest change in my life … to give up booze.  I’ve heard the AA stories about what it was like for addicts to give up alcohol and I’m aware that there is a certain chemical imbalance in addicts that cause them to require the drunken state.  As many European families, alcohol was readily available my whole life.  I would never say I got drunk very often (except when clubbing in my twenties), but at a nice meal, there was usually a chardonnay or a single malt scotch offered.  Looking back, I don’t remember going more than a couple of weeks without a glass or two of some type of alcoholic beverage.  When I chose last month to not drink anymore, it was not the same as quitting coffee.  I’ve never needed to have a glass of wine, but coffee was always warm and wonderful way to start my morning like a hug and a kiss.

So, I quit booze and started taking a dandelion supplement to help my liver function more effectively.  In two weeks, all of my swelling had subsided (10lbs and 2 inches in my waist).  I looked physically ten years younger!  Certainly, my gym workouts became more effective because I could see changes from workout to workout.  I have truly become a morning person, and have a full day’s worth of energy.  My mood is generally lighter and I find I am verbally quitter when talking with people.  Last week, I noticed my sense of sound and smell has increased and I am able to hear a larger range and smell fainter odors.  Maybe the function of the liver has a much larger impact on my brain than I realize.

For some people, caffeine and alcohol have almost no effect on their mood or body health.  For me, I have truly found that these chemicals are intolerable for my sensitive system.  The social question about alcohol is an issue.  Generally sharing a drink together is part of how we connect with others.  When I go to a restaurant, I order a drink with three equal parts of orange juice, cranberry, and soda water with two limes.  The sweet an bitter combination are delicious.   At home, I use a couple of ounces of lime cordial with soda water and limes in a wine glass.  For people who want to take their body to the next level of health, I recommend quitting or substituting both of these chemicals (caffeine and alcohol) with healthier choices.
