Proper Diet, Muscular Loading, Cross-training, Martial Arts, Yoga, and Pilates are part of my repertoire of techniques I utilize to work with you. The first thing that we will do in your personal training session is to discuss your fitness goals, such as losing weight, getting in better overall health, toning or achieving greater flexibility. Once the goals are clear, and I have a good understand of what it is you are looking for, the exciting part is the process. I am with you to get your 100% in every session. Not only achieving your fitness goals but challenging your limits.
I have eight year’s experience working as one of Mayfair West’s Top Personal Trainers. I integrate my knowledge of Martial Arts, Kinesiology, Philosophy, and Psychology, to create a customer service oriented business. I have built both personal and corporate studio gyms, and I can work anywhere with the equipment I bring with me. On a nice day, we can exercise at your favorite park.
From my experience as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I use functional stability exercises combined with various stretching techniques such as Muscle Activation (M.A.T.) and Parasympathetic Neuromuscular Facilitation (P.N.F.). What matters is that I can use different techniques to get you into shape. It all starts with your commitment to bettering yourself.
